BendLock Knot Studio does not collect personal data. Knot rehearsals, line pairings, trip cards, and drill scores remain on-device.
On-device by design
The Connection Job Bench, Line Pairing Desk, Step Rehearsal Player, compare boards, failure-mode clinics, Trip Knot Cards, and Drill Mode run locally on your iPhone or iPad. The illustrated knot library is packaged with the app so you can rehearse offline at the ramp or on the water.
We do not require an account to open the workshop, pin a day card, or complete a timed clean run.
What we do not do
- No third-party analytics SDKs.
- No advertising networks or tracking pixels.
- No sale of personal information.
- No catch logs, GPS track uploads, or boat-geometry telemetry.
- No remote account profile for your knots or line pairs.
Optional system features
If you enable optional Game Center streaks inside Drill Mode, Apple—not BendLock Knot Studio—handles that game identity under Apple’s terms. You can ignore Game Center entirely and still use the full offline library.
Widgets read trip-card content already stored on your device; they do not send that content to BendLock servers (there is no BendLock data-collection backend for this app).

If you contact us at stephanosvalakos28@icloud.com, we use your message only to answer the question you sent. Mail content is not mixed into an analytics product and is not used for ads.
Children
BendLock Knot Studio is an education utility about terminal-tackle connections. It does not collect personal data from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy ever changes in a material way, we will update this page with a revised effective year or date. Continued use after an update means you have read the revised notice.
